Working student in lighting design (m/f/d)
Part-time at our location in Taufkirchen/Munich
As an engineering firm and think tank, we design the lighting and media staging for international product presentations and showrooms, plan the lighting, stage and event technology in theatres, cultural centres and convention centres, and make a decisive contribution to sustainable development by modernising lighting systems and IT networks in school and administrative buildings as well as museums.

Your responsibilities
- Assistance in developing lighting concepts and presentations
- Support with lighting calculations and visualisations (Dialux Evo / Relux) as well as luminaire selection
- Maintenance of luminaire catalogues and Excel lists
- Creation of CAD plans, presentations and project documentation
- Research, economic analyses and comparative studies (luminaires, control systems, sustainability)
- Schedule organisation and prioritisation within the project team, support with project coordination
What we expect from you
- Enrolled student (lighting design, interior design, architecture, electrical engineering, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of lighting design and calculation/simulation programmes (Dialux Evo); CAD, preferably Vectorworx / visualisation would be an advantage
- Confident use of InDesign, Photoshop or similar software
- Technical understanding, structured and independent working style, and ability to work in a team
- Confident use of MS Office; very good German (at least B1), English desirable
- Availability approx. 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling by arrangement
